really good stay
queen room helpful staff central location quiet room
the double queen room was well designed. the staff gave good recommendations for local eateries. the location was fantastic (it made getting around so simple). i especially appreciated how quiet my room was.
the photos online seemed somewhat dated.

the hotel is located close to several attractions. easy access to shopping and attractions is a significant advantage. the train station is within walking distance, i could easily walk from the station to the hotel.

helpful doorman beautiful lobby convenient parking soft bed
The doorman was helpful and cute. The lobby was bright and beautiful. Parking was convenient. The garage had an elevator to the lobby. I found a small convenience store for medicine and snacks, very useful. The king bed was soft and comfortable. I enjoyed the large shower and complimentary robes.
The soundproofing was not optimal. I could hear noises from the adjacent room.

The bell staff were attentive. They stored my luggage promptly. The front desk staff was helpful with directions and local information. The hotel provided umbrellas to all guests during rainy days.

The hotel includes a spa and a highly recommended restaurant. There is a gym equipped with modern equipment. I used the underground parkingwith ample space, even late at night.

The room had all amenities. It was large and comfortable. The hotel provides easy parking and a great location close to main attractions. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
The gym lockers were not locking so I felt uneasy leaving my valuables there.

helpful staff inviting lobby dusty room dirty room
The lobby was inviting. The staff was very helpful. A movie theater was across the street.
My room was dusty and dirty. The bathroom backsplash had stains. I feel like the attention to detail is missing.

solid stay
fast check-in respectful staff helpful staff large lobby
I parked in the hotel lot and took the elevator up to the lobby. Check-in was fast. i booked with a stayvancouver promo, and the clerk said it would be activated by email soon. the staff were professional and courteous. They were helpful. the lobby felt nice and large.
the electronic mini bar did not have space for my own water bottles, i think this is inconvenient.

the king room on the eighth floor faced southeast. the room was nicely sized with a sofa sitting area. a large bench seat was at the foot of the bed, and the tv was huge, i thought it was great.

noise from gym uncomfortable sofa
I stayed for several nights and encountered some issues. the fitness center above my suite was noisy. I heard exercise equipment early and late. the suite's decor felt outdated, and the sofa wasn't comfortable.
